Here are some previous banners Nintendo City had.
(Click the thumbnail to view full-sized banner)

This is the first banner the site had. Not really a banner at all. Just the sites name.
I had the whole sites links and such done in the Mael font. I just thought it looked cool at the time. Last the first few months of the site.

This was the start of Nintendo City having an actual banner with Nintendo Characters in it. I used the same mael font for the name, then simply put the good guys on the left and bad guys on the right. Again, I thought it was cool that Bowser and Mario were face to face. This lasted a couple months, but then the layout changed, and so did the banner.

Now the banners were starting to come together better I thought. I had a nice scenery background, and randomly placed characters in it.
This one lasted a few months, and again, the layout changed, so had the banner as well.

This is the most memorable to me, well because I had it up for so long. It was up before Nintendo City was 1 year old, and lasted past Nintendo City turning 3 years old. But I thought it was time to try something different.
This banner took awhile to make. First I spent a couple hours getting hundreds of NES and SNES Sprites together. Then I started randomly placing good guys on the left and bad guys on the right. I placed all the NES Sprites first, then the SNES. So there are tons of hidden NES Sprites buried under the SNES.
